Online or Offline?

A lot of people are playing poker online, and I mean a lot. Even with that said a lot of people still like the face to face offline games. So which one is better?

Some of the reasons people give for playing offline is that it is much easier to cash out. You don't have to wait a few days for a bank transfer or even a few weeks for a check to come in. Many also like the free drinks that you can get while playing offline. I also hear that it is a lot easier to spot the suckers. Overall it seems as though it is a lot more fun playing offline.

Online has its benefits as well but it can be awfully boring. The atmosphere while playing offline is a lot more active and easy to get into. So for all of you that are addicted to playing poker online try going offline for a change you might actually like it.

I don’t really even consider online poker to be poker. There are too many aspects of the game that are not possible to experience online. I also find exclusive online players to be awful live players…not to mention…most don’t even know the basic rules of the game because they’ve had software do it for them. Online poker is a separate discipline in my opinion.
