| Back to the Real Grind – Reality’s Heavy Fist |

| Despite the ongoing mid-life crisis, I must return to my full-time occupation – CPA auditing for one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. While not a true “mid-life” crisis, as I am only 25 and hope to live well beyond the age of 50, it certainly feels dramatic. I am returning to work after an extended leave, during which I had hoped to figure out my life goals and the means by which to accomplish them. However, the time has flown by and I feel nearly as lost as ever.
How does this rant relate to poker? During my time off I realized that while poker can be lucrative and serve as a nice side income, I’m not certain that it is something that I can do full-time. Consequently, for the time being I go on working for “The Man”. The Greedy Gecko |
